A study has revealed that the average Brit spends a staggering £45,000 on home improvements in their lifetime. The bill for creating the perfect home includes general repairs, redecorating and upkeep but does not take into account bigger renovations such as building extensions or converting rooms, so the actual figure could be even bigger. One of the nation’s leading rug suppliers is offering expert advice on how to revamp the home without spending an extortionate amount of money.
